my old phone used a micro sim, but my new one accepts nano, which I already bought. My question is this: can I do the procedure(transferring from one to another sim) somehow online, or is it possible to do this only by the FIDO staff?

i did change sim all three methods
1: call 611, they can assist you
2: go fido.ca and change it yourself
3: best solution goto Fido store, let the sale staff do it, as they can confirm the sim card activation.
