transferring

my old phone used a micro sim, but my new one accepts nano, which I already bought. My question is this: can I do the procedure(transferring from one to another sim) somehow online, or is it possible to do this only by the FIDO staff?

  Welcome to the community!

 

  You should be able to switch SIM cards online via My Account: Usage & Services --> Mobile --> Update SIM Card --> Enter old and new SIM card numbers.

hi

i did change sim all three methods

1: call 611, they can assist you

2: go fido.ca and change it yourself

3: best solution goto Fido store, let the sale staff do it, as they can confirm the sim card activation.
