the worst customer experience since yesterday to change price plan. no help provided by Fido

I have called more than 100 times and have tried on the website  since yesterday to change my price plan to the new 10gb 60 dollar. I cannot reach anyone. worst experience. a friend with telus got his plan changed in 10 minutes. i need help or will switch
