Hello,

This problem has existed for two months, every time I call others, the reply voice is " the number you have called is not assigned", I have tried to reset my network and go to fido store. The problem still exists. What can I do?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your phone. Can you please give us more details of the issue? Are you only getting this error message when you place an outgoing call? Everything else works fine ( ex: data, text, etc )? Does this only happen when you call one number or every other number?
