We can add a temporary suspension on your line at the beginning of a new cycle for a period of 2 to 12 months at a fee of $30/month if the lines has been active with us for a minimum of 1 month and if you are not currently under a contract.

I have 3 lines in one account and i just called fido today to suspend one of my lines for atleast 3months but it is under a contract coz my daughter who is using that line was out of the country starting today. I was just confused because the representative whom i spoke today said it’s okay to suspend that line even if is in a cotract and it was in the middle of my billing cycle. So she did the suspension and i just got the confirmation via email but i would like to know if this is right because i don’t like to be charge for additiona fee or payment with this matter.
