samsung s6 edge 32gb bluetooth doesn't work

just got this s6 edge for about a month from fido, but the Bluetooth stop working when connected to my car. i try my work iphone, it works. so i tried the s6 edge to pair it with my wife's car, the connection was still bad.

i suspect the bluetooth chip is broken, how can i get it fixed, or get it changed?

Did you try pairing the S6 with another Bluetooth device and see if it works?
