receive sms and mms while roming out of country

Does Fido will charge for incoming SMS & MMS while roaming to other country?
My current plan include unlimited SMS and MMS send and receives local & international cell.

Incoming SMS are never charged even while roaming.

For incoming MMS, you will be billed for data roaming usage dependent on the file size of your received message.

Your plan applies to usage while on Fido's network only, once you leave Fido's network you pay additional roaming rates, either pay-per-use or discounted with a travel pack.

I don't think Fido offers travel packs for MMS, a data pass / travel pack may work though.

Incoming text messages are free of charge so you can open them

If you reply to it though, there is a $0.75/sms charge that applies.
