I'm trying to reactivate spotify on my phone, and i get this text:

In step 1. it says I'll get a text with a link to fidohub.ca but I have not received a text yet. Can someone help? This is frustrating.

Just to confirm, you're getting an error message that says that your subscription is linked to another account?

Yes, you can ignore my first post. Now when I try to log in to spotify, I get the error that my subscription is associated with another account.
