"Register as an Account Holder" doesn't work

I bought 2 Sim Cards and home internet 2 months ago but have been having problem registering as account holder. Have called customer service a dozen times, spent hours on the phone with them, been told it's a technical issue they'd been trying to resolve for some time, been assigned several case numbers and 2 months past now and absoulutely NOTHING! I still can't see my usage and bills online and have been relying on guesswork to estimate how much data and minute I've been using. It's REALLY frustrating
