"My Account" will not allow me to change my plan to the 10GB / $60 promotion.

I have two phone lines and "My Account" will not allow me to change my plans to the 10GB / $60 promotion.  It keeps giving me the error message, "We're sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again later or contact us to continue." I even tried on a PC, mac and iphone and I get the same error every time.  Problem is, I can't get through on the phone or the online chat.  Any suggestions? Thanks Smiley

It show's the plan, but won't let me switch to it.  Also, I do own my own device and always have, as I purchased it upfront.
