in 2011 the bills changed from full details of individual calls to the calls not listed, can you advise if this was done automatically or if this was something that had to be requested?

Awesome question by the way. Just to clarify, if you are registered to online billing, you should be able to see the full detailed billing on your invoice after you download the PDF.
The incoming source numbers won't show however, you will only be able to see the date and time. For outgoing calls, you will be able to see the number, date and time.
