question about billing

I have two son and both son is under my line . I know that if under line it will discount 10% but one of son got 10% disscount but other son didn't would you like explain what happen ?

You can contact customer service and they can look at you account and see what happened you can contact Fido through any of the available methods listed here.


Did you recently change the plan? If you did it could be the plan is not eligible for the 10% discount.
