I have been trying to purchase data pass for prepaid plan while in Seattle since yesterday.
After sending a text message saying "travel" to 7626, a link was sent.
But, I cannot proceed any further from here.
I called the representatives 4 times so far, but no one could help me.
Immediate help please!

Do you have enough balance to cover for the data passes? For prepaid, you will need to have the amount on your account before the data pass is added on. There's different rate depending on which what you want. You can see the view list here:
