I have lost the use of both of my phone and when I called fido this is the message i got. we can no take calls at this time. so I had to buy another phone from another phone company. I refuse to deal with this company who can't help their clients. and by the way this is the 7th email that I have sent and you still send me emails. why be loyal to a phone company that will not take their phone calls. so you should reimburst me the amount i had to pay for a new phone. it cost me 282.50. that is why I took the payment for december to buy the new phone.
