plan not updating

Got through to a customer service agent yesterday to switch my plan to the new 10 gb 60$ plan and add a new line and phone to my account.
Was informed that the new 10gb 60$ plan would take effect at 12 am.
when i access MyAccount today it is still showing my old plan but has added a new line as requested (which does not have the 10gb plan).
how long does it take for the plan to be changed in MY Account.
after not being able to get through customer service today how is it possible to check to see if the transaction went through properly after only getting a new line confirmation in email today?

I was told by a CSR yesterday that it would take into effect after the next billing cycle starts.
