plan change?

I just became a Fido customer and found out that the fido attendant accidentally signed me up for a plan that doesnt include spotify premium when they said it did. Id like to change to a plan that does have spotify premium. How can i do this?

You can call customer service or go to Fido store or a moderator here can do it for you.

You can also login to MY ACCOUNT and change your plan there.

Obviously if you have a contract and change to a different level plan you will incur some charges.
