Hi,
I am trying to upgrade 2 lines in my account online. I wanted to avail the limited time offer $100 visa gift card and no admin fee. I am upgrading from LG G3 to LG G5. I did the first line successfully but seem to be having trouble with the second. I got my old G3's at the same time, and want to upgrade at the same time. I get to the screen asking for add-ons then I click the continue button and get the error mesg "We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)". I've tried changing browsers, log out and in again. Nothing seems to resolve this.
I've tried Fido answers and chat support but couldn't help me. Any advice regarding this issue? Thank you.

Yes, I have done that too just now. Still didn't work.
