phone price match adjustment

I bought samsung phone for $520 on Nov 14th, and now on Nov 25th., its $300 with same plan as I upgraded to on Nov 14th. Can I get price adjustment done since I am within15 day satisfaction. Even though I have more than 30 mins talk time, I just want price adjustment, not returning the phone.
