Hi,

after I change the payment method to credit card, I didn't receive any email notification for my bill.  Is there a way to continue receive the email notification?  Thanks.

I checked the spam folder and nothing is there.  I didn't receive any email or text message.

When you log into My Account on Fido.ca, do you see that your latest bill is issued already?

What do you mean by that?  if I go to Billing and Payment, I could see 'Feb 3' in the View Bill dropdown. 

I am talking about that I didn't receive any email/text msg for my Feb invoice. I understand I may not receive any March invoice yet.
