I tried paying my bill through my account app (up to date)was enable to open message said enable to authenticate.

I left a note about that on app review on Google play.

 

I then tried via website fido.ca using pay now and a messag appeared sorry unable to process.

 Session time out on app means can't access pulse databytes too! 

 

Tips: they added an register screen for app my account and I think it's messing the whole process.
