online air-time didn't top up

I added $10 to top up online and it didn't update the amount. Please fix it by today. Thank you

Hi, I paid with online debit. I checked again and it has now been updated. Thank you. I usually get a notification that my balance has been updated but I didn't get one today. Thank you for your help today ☺

I had to remove your screencap as it contained your personal info (account number).

 

The top up should take effect right away! What payment method did you use?

 

Also, please try dialing *225 from your Fido phone to check the balance. Has it updated there?
