When I tried to dial out on my phone it says the number I'm calling is not assigned even when I try Dialing *611

That's odd. Is this a brand new activation? It happens sometimes since there's a 48 hours delay for our system to recognize it.
Just wanted to make sure if your phone is still working or not. Did you have trouble calling customer service or only 611 from your phone?
