new prepaid plans, losing my balance?

I received a text message telling me that Fido prepaid plans were changing. I went to the link and saw that the plans now include a certain number of minutes and texts per month. However I didn't see any mention about balances carried over from one month to the next. I have over $90 in my prepaid account balance. What will be happening to that? Do I lose it?

 

If it won't be carried over, is there a way that I can 'spend' it?

If you change plan prepaid for a new plan prepaid is that right?

 

If you don't refill the account before expiration, all the money is lost.

Welcome to the Community! 

 

The rules for your balance would remain the same. That means that as long as you refill before the expiry, you'll keep your balance.
