Do you have a monhtly account or a prepaid account? If you have a monthly account, you can activate it through your fido.ca My Account. If your service is Prepaid, we would have to activate it for you.
I cannot activate my new SIM card. I bought a new phone but have the same plan, and yet the steps to activate my phone through My Account ask me to select a plan?? This is incredibly frustrating and it will not activate even after I make it to adding the SIM # and emei #. Since it's a holiday there is no one answering the phones to help me!
