i just call fido to cancel my plan for the rest of months in May, but I still got a bill for june to July. Can you just cancel my bill ASAP since I am not in Canada right now and I DO NOT want to pay for the extra fee!!

It may be possible this happened if you cancelled your service after your billing cycle date of June. In these cases you would automatically receive another invoice in July with the appropriate adjustments.
