my auto-refill and account balance!

What happened to my account balance? What happened to my auto-refill? I had over $50 in my account and after the auto-refill I should have over $60 in my account. Since I have auto-refill, my balance should never expire!! But now I have $0 in my account and it says it will expire on August 29, 2016. Isn’t this totally weird!

The only reason I could think of is the auto-refill didn’t go through. But why? My credit card works fine. I had a fido customer representative help update my credit card information about 3 weeks ago. So either she didn’t do her job properly  or your computer system didn’t do it properly. (I do notice recently fido.ca has been experiencing some system updates. Maybe that is why.)

Whatever happened, shouldn’t fido have informed me about it? But I got no notice whatsoever. I only realized my balance was $0 when I was missing many important calls yesterday. This has been so FRUSTRATING due to no fault of my own.

Therefore, please 1) put my money back 2) make sure my auto-refill is set up properly. Thanks for your understanding and help.

 

And what happened to Live Chat? Why couldn't I have a customer representative to talk with?!!!!
