Fido is a nightmare. Trying to solve a problem for the last 1.5 months. I would like to have my data usage investigated. Fido will not help as I cant be verified. Due to an accident I am in the hospital and my wallet has gone missing. I have addressed this issue 7 times already and no help. Very poor customer service. If I wasnt on a contract I would have cancelled already..Never again with Fido who needs this frustration.
