loyalty and retention

I called fido today I have been a customer for the past 12 years and  I have not been able to get anywhere with there current representative. I was very unhappy with the current offers they claimed to have geared to my account. They treated me like my business didn't matter  I am at the point now where my business will be better off else where.  Disappointed with the services.
