link for sending letter to OOP not working

there was a posting about it a year and a half ago - hasn't been fixed (or maybe done in purpose?)

sending a letter to president and error msg about email address needs to be valid. used an email that I have ever since, can't be typo.  pls fix . HIRE BETTER IT

Thanks. I tried it again, first attempt said the same msg. I changed the email and it worked. Letter sent.
