Been trying to get my 4s upgraded to 6s and everytime I call the price goes up
Seems my legacy plan 6gigs is the problem
First line contact can't help so asked for customer retention
Waited half hour and hung up

It's probably better to go directly to a Fido store and have them manually do the upgrade for you.
WIth regards to keeping which plans, I would keep the grandfathered plan unless you find something cheaper and more suitable for you.
Personally I would keep it, but it doesn't hurt to switch if you want more "features"
@alsone Because of some promotion Fido is having they are being swamped with larger than normal amount of calls. What tier is your current grandfathered plan is it a Smart plan or Max plan?
I believe it's max plan
If its a Max Plan it will be treated as a Plus15 plan so when you renew you will get the subsidy as a Plus15 tier.
Smart Plan get a subsidy as a Plus10.
