iphone no longer has visual voicemail??

I have always had and paid for visual voicemail. I updated my phone and now I no longer have it...and instead I get a text message when I get a voicemail? and to make it worst its in french? I dont speak french....how can I fix this??

The Visual Voicemail is still a service compatible with your iPhone. 

Were there any changes made on your account when you upgraded the phone? I'll send you a PM shortly so we can take a closer look at your account
