iPhone broken

Hi there,

 

My iphone has stopped working and I am only a few months into my 2-year plan. I am wondering what the costs and steps I have to take to get a new phone.

Hi @jennbrownie

 

Since you said you are a few months into your 2nd year plan that means the phone is out of warranty and depending and what is broken you can have the phone repaired.

 

If you want to just get a new phone from Fido then you will have to pay off the remainder of your tab and then you can get another agreement and get a new phone.
