iPhone Voicemail Notification Doesn't Disappear

I have the same problem ever since I bought iPhone 6s. Fido is saying its defected iPhone and Apple is saying its Fido network problem. Tried so many things. Fido tried resetting the phone at their end nothing would work. I have apple care so they replaced my phone but this phone is having the same issue. Really frustrated :(( No body seems like to help in this matter
