how to keep my number

my boyfriend was paying both our phone bills but now we have broken up and i want to keep my number even though it was assigned to his account. is there a way to do this?

Once that's done, you can contact us and we'll go through the process of creating a new account in your name and transferring the line in to your own account.

You will have to speak to your ex and have him transfer the line to you. Fido will open a new account under your name and transfer the line directly to you.
