I tried cancelling my spotify premium in November 2018 (before the 6 months free term) but was not able to. I did all the recommended procedure and even called Fido and advise about the issue but still I was charged not through Fido but direct to my credit card linked to my Fido account.
Could someone HELP me cancel my spotify premium subscription of $ 9.99 per month and reverse the charge from my credit card.

On our end, the subscription would have been charged to your Fido invoice. If you've been billed on your credit card, it would seem that you've been subscribed directly through Spotify themselves.
