I hit the live chat button and it takes me to a screen where I enter my name and problem. Then I hit ok and it takes to to a screen that says "If you are using a mobile device, please.........". but no actual chat window shows up. I have the popup blocker turned off.
Hey @ticatfan, did you manager to speak to someone? Are you on your phone or a computer? Have you tried with a different browser?
It happens with both IE and Firefox. Must be some firewall setting. I have my pop up blocker turned off.
