I asked for a temporary suspension for 3 months started from June to August ; however, I am confused that whether my fido account is suspended temporarily because the website shows that i will need to pay my next entire plan and the suspension fee at August 1st. Could someone help me figure it out what is that ? Thank you.

The temporary suspension is an option that can only be added on the last day of the billing cycle. Can you confirm if you added it before your July billing cycle began?
