extreme text messaging cost

If my fido plan includes unlimited texting worldwide, does it mean that I can enjoy extreme text messaging free of charge?

If you have unlimited text messages from Canada to Canadian and international numbers, this means that you can send text messages from anywhere within Canada (on the Fido and extended network) to any number in the world. This would also cover your usage of the Extreme Text Messaging service, so no charges would apply.
