i have a 3 bg data only plan, can i take out the sim card from one tablet and put it in another tablet?

  Providing the other tablet uses the same sized SIM and is unlocked, there should be no issue using your SIM in that tablet. You just might need to verify the other tablet has the proper APN settings. You can do so here.

  Have you verified that the other tablet has compatible bands/frequencies? You can do so here.
