I got my first $10 - 150MB data only plan on Nov 8th, and my billing cycle was that day. I used 7MB data on the first day (never been told about billing cycle date and prorated bill, I thought the data usage refreshes every month from the date I activated my service), when I got my first bill, it showed the billing period was Nov 8 to Nov 8, and I have to pay $10 for one day. 

 

Now I got my second $10 - 150MB data only plan today, for another tablet, and my billing cycle is 6 days later. Do I pay $10 for 150MB for the first bill (only 7 days), or do I pay prorated bill and get about 35 MB data to use for these days? One fido staff told me it was prorated, but if it was, my first bill should not be $10 for one day.

 

I also want to know when my usage will refresh, is it on the billing cycle date, or the next day, or some other day? Is it the same day of every month, or the data usage refreshes every 30 days? My plan is data only plan for tablets.
