customer service complaint

how is this possible? my payment due date was on October 4th. ive been trying to put a payment since then. i called fido customer service, spoke to a steve. he tells me that i could be fido maintenance. understood. he says to try early tomorrow. i asked him if i would be charged a late payment fee. he said he wouldnt know until the next payment bill was issued. he was not able to put a note on the account since he couldnt pull up my account on his system due to the maintanace issue. he apologized. but can an apology stop a late fee. how is this possible?

What happens when you try to make a payment? Are you getting an error message? 

 

Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your cache and cookies?
