I definitely get wanting to put a face to the person that you're speaking with. Can you give a little more details on what you had in mind? While I can't promise anything, I can definitely pass the idea along.

Hi could be a meet and greet from my couch in AB, BC, wherever to talk with someone on the other side of the land for whatever reason. just like chat options for contacting customer service and along the lines of Fido at 20 tour; may be Fido could organise a weblink or a chatroom-like interaction with facetime where say on a customers birthday or say i had such a good experience with a customer service rep i would facetime with Fido reps. Or maybe i want to tour the country and meet Fido Canadians from my couch to yours (flights are expensive and road trips too tiring😊)
