@FidoStephane I appreciate the pm. I was able to change my plan. I just forgot to change my voicemail plan and haven't been able to reach anyone to fix this.

So is Fido only PMing certain people? I've gotten zero assistance since last week. Three people replied to my initial question with basically a "hello - blah blah blah" and a none authorized plan change!
