I am abroad, and not being a user of social media, my options of getting in touch with custumor support is limited when I cant use the old trusty email - WHY is that btw, every reputable support service I deal with has an email option. My current timezone makes it difficult to make a live chat. So I found this community and hope someone could get back to me.
I need to unlock my mobile phone to take a cash SIM card from a local provider (in Portugal) during my stay here. How do I go about it, it seems I need some kind of code.
