cant log in online!!!

everytime i try to log in online bia browser or app it will tell me to check back later or oops i hit a snag. i tried calling in and they put me on hold forever and hung up on me. i tried live chat but i cant get to the screen unless im logged in. but i cant log in so what am i supposed to do! i am so frustrated. same thing with my partners account. about to lose my cool with fido and go back to rogers. never had issues with my acc with them.

yes tried it all.. tried chrome, desktop, everything.
