I have tried to upgrade my current no-term plan to a 2yr small plan but each time when I click on the continue or save button, I keep getting the msg saying: "We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)"
If I do that via agent, it is going to cost me $30 What can I do?

That's pretty odd. Did your plan change on your online account? If that's the case, the order would most likely have gone through. If not, are you able to try on another browser?

@FidoJulien, no, nothing gets changed at all. I tried both IE and Chrome. Both came back with the same error msg. I called Fido and they said no order was processed. They could "help" me but it will be $30

I got your msg. However, the form does not allow me to click on the Send button because I don't have a FB or Twitter account
@FidoGabrielle, sorry I still have the same error msg. I had tried it on a different PC and a different brower with the same problem. Your help will be much appreciated.
