I just got a new phone and new plan a few days ago. But I'm unhappy with the service issues. I'm just wondering if I'm able to cancel everything without many fees since I still have my 30 day receipt? Or if that's just for the phone itself, not the whole plan?
Thanks.

Hey @maiku and thanks for reaching out here on the Community.
Sorry to see that you are planning to stop your services with us.
Basically, you would be charged for the number of days that you had the service activated.
Other charges may apply depending on the agreement you took. But we would need to access your account's information to confirm all that.
For future reference, you have the option to contact through our other channels here for anything related to your account.
Since we're already here, I'm sending you a PM now to get this looked into.

Hi @seafarer,
Welcome to the Community
It's not necessary to give us 30 days notice when terminating your services.
However, we're sad to learn you're planning to leave us! I'll send you a PM shortly so we can go over your account

Do I have to give 30 days notice to cancel both my cellphones with FIDO?
Forgot to mention I am not on a contract.
