canadawide minutes

what is canadawide minutes? 

I have unlimited canadawide minutes and yet I get charged for Long Distance calls! I am confused by what this "canadawide" term means. Can anybody clarify what canadawide means?

Welcome to our Community Smiley

 

Unlimited Canada-Wide minutes would mean that both your long distance and your airtime are unlimited at all times all over Canada. If you have a plan that includes it, you shouldn't be charged.

 

I'd be happy to check out the plan with you to see what's going on!
