can't turn on wifi

For some reason I can't turn on my wifi..It won't turn green at all..and I can't reset my phone...been on the phone with Fido for over 2 hours and been hung up on twice..I talked to a girl named Olga who helped set up my phone...but I still can't turn on my WiFi..

What do you mean you can't reset your phone? Did you try a factory reset ( you'd have to back up your phone first ) ? 

Also, what phone are you using?
