just registered hour ago, can't open my account want to pay my bill right now

"MyAccount" is experiencing technical issues indeed at the moment - we’re working to fix it as quickly as possible!
 
In the meantime, there are many other ways to pay your bill 😃

I would like to view my bill summary but am having trouble with this new set up

Could you try the following steps? 

- Unistall Fido My Account app from your phone. 

- Re-install the app but don't open it. 

- Turn off your wifi connection of the phone. 

- Open the app with you mobile data on. 

 

The app should be working without logging in.
